Inquiry:  Can I be still liable for a speeding ticket that i recieved 17 years ago. I have not recieved any information nor have I ever been contacted about this ticket not being paid until today when I went to renew my drivers license. I remember paying this ticket but I cannot provide any proof 17 years after the fact. Inquiry:  I have a friend and he is looking at getting his licence. His fines are well overdue and he really can’t afford to pay them all. Can he get the reduced and how? Also after the fees are paid will he get his full licence back or will he need to get his G1 the G2.
