Inquiry: I crossed an amber light & i saw a camera flash. what will happen now & what’s the fine? any points taken? can I dispute it?
Response: You may have been in an intersection monitored by a camera. If so, you will likely receive a letter in the next few weeks containing information about the offence and the fine owing. Fortunately, charges issued by camera do not carry demerit points or go onto your driving history. Once the fine has been paid, they simply go away.
