Inquiry: Can I be still liable for a speeding ticket that i recieved 17 years ago. I have not recieved any information nor have I ever been contacted about this ticket not being paid until today when I went to renew my drivers license. I remember paying this ticket but I cannot provide any proof 17 years after the fact.
