Inquiry: I just got pulled out for unpaid fines and my license is taken away. I will go and pay fine, but it takes 3 or 4 business days to qualify for reinstatement. While reading the paper policeman gave me it says “if you qualify a temporary license may be issued’ Question is under which conditions they can give me temporary license. Thank you
