Inquiry: I was pulled over today for apparently speeding in a “playground zone”. However after informing the officer i thought it was a school zone (school is not in session) he told me otherwise, playground zone. The zone was previously a school zone and had been changed within the year. The officer then went on to write me a ticket for “speeding in a school zone”. Can this error be used in court? The officer also never wrote my speed on the ticket. Is that neccessary?
