Inquiry:  while being parked ( and i was not on private property ), i was given a ticket by the OPP for having open bottles of liquor in the car – they wrote a totally different postal code on my ticket and I was in a different city (caledon) – any grounds for dismissal?

Response:  The postal code would almost certainly not be of any impact on the case.  However, it is possible that there may be other defences to the charge.  If you would like to have us look at defending the charge, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
