Inquiry: I received a ticket in May 2012 for Proceeding Contrary to Sign at Intersection HTA 144(9). I have received my notice of trial and the time is listed incorrectly. The offence happened at 5:10PM and on the notice, they have indicated 5:10AM. Is this enough to have this ticket thrown out? I cannot locate the original ticket to see if it was incorrect there as well.
