Inquiry: Recently I got a speeding ticket and had decided to send it to the court. When I received the notice of trial on the mail theres an error on the time of the offense. It says PM instead of AM. My question is will this error fatal enough to dismiss my charge?
Reponse: The Notice Of Trial is only an administrative document. The primary source of information regarding your charge will be the Officer’s notes and your offence notice. It is rare that we are unable to reduce or eliminate a speeding ticket at Court.
