Inquiry: a few years ago, I was driving with an expired license (waited too long to go for my g’s) and unfortunately fot pulled over because I forgot to put my lights on. Do I have to pay that fine before I go for my license again?
Response: If the fine you are referring to is the one from a few years back, then your licence may be suspended for non-payment of that fine and you will have to deal with that issue first. If you have a more recent fine for not having your headlights on, then you will need to make sure you pay it within the allocated time so that your licence does not go into suspension for non-payment of that fine.
