Inquiry: i am from south dakota and got my restricted minors permit suspended for driving after hours. with it suspended i got pulled over several months later for speeding. i recieved a ticket for driving with suspended license and for the speed i was traveling. is my license now revoked or suspended for 2 more months. i have not yet attended court for the matter
Response: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide service to your area. You may however wish to seek out local legal representation as charges of driving on a suspended licence usually carry very high penalties.
