Inquiry: Hi june last year i was done for.driving my partners car not insured we was both fully comp at the time. i had to appear in court jan 2012 and had to retake both tests but december i failed to stop at a red light the floor was slippy and has i had just got before the white line the.lights changed to amber and red as i went over causing the camera to flash but i had not got the letter till after i had been to court for previous conviction so when the letter came court had already got.my licence. I had write the ticket office a letter explaining all this. and now 6month later they are taking me to court about it were do i stand ? Thanks
