Inquiry: I got a park in a fire route ticket but the address says 90 instead of 920. here is no fire route at 90. Is this a fatal error? Thanks.
Response: Unfortunately, that would likely not be a fatal error as the address could be ammended at trial. You may however have other potential defences to the charge.
