Inquiry: Hi,My situation is like there is car1 which is stopped in the left lane due to some problem as there is no shoulder.Car2 has started slowing down on noticing it,car3 unable to control speed it hits the car 2 from behind,and the car4 which is mine hits the car3 from behind as i don’t have the time to react even though i tried to apply brakes.IT Was my friends car and my name is not listed on the insurance,I,and the car3 got ticket for failed to control speed,I want to know like can i fight for my ticket and got it dismissed
