Inquiry: My wife got a ticket a few days ago for driving in a lane reserved for buses –156$– no points. The ticket is issued on the car ownwers name and driving license number, who is me. Actually i was charged comitting an infraction without being there. None of the actual drivers info : name , dl# is not correct. The adress is identical as is normal. Can be considered fatal error ..and what to disclose on the not guilty plead ? (as comment on the verso)

Response:  Some sections of law do not specifically charge the person who was driving the vehicle, but charge the owner of the vehicle.  We would need to more specifically look at the details of the case to give better feedback.  If you would like to speak with one of our Agents, we offer a no-cost initial review via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
