Inquiry: We live in Regina Sask. My son who is just 16 was clocked at 102 and again at 95 going past 2 police cars with their lights flashing at the side of the road. The 2 police cars were parked at the same location, with in a cars length of each other. He was given 2 speeding tickets. one for each police car. The ticket was issued from the same officer at the same stop, with the same time of infraction on each ticket. I have never heard of two tickets at the same time for passing two police cars.
