Inquiry: i was given a ticket for failure to show insurance card. At the time i did have insurance just not my slip. what are my options.
Response: The charge does not carry demerit points but does register as a conviction on your driver’s licence for insurance purposes. If you would like to contest the charge, we could file the matter with the court and review disclosure for any grounds to have the charge thrown out.
