Inquiry: I was wondering i have 2 un paid tickets and i dont have a lisence. I want to write my drivers lisence and i dont know if i can. So my question is, Can i still write my test with 2 unpaid tickets? Someone told me i could but couldnt get my full lisence until i pay them….Please Help Me…..Thank You
Response: If a fine is not paid within the allocated time, it will cause a suspension of the individual’s driver’s licence. You would need to check directly with the MTO on whether they would permit a driver’s test to occur with a suspended licence or with charges tagged to yourself even without a previous licence.
