Inquiry: Got a speeding ticket in Banff national park on the long weekend… My middle name is completely wrong…. William instead of Wallace do I have a case to fight this?
Response: Most speeding tickets can at least be reduced to a lesser offence, and in some cases can be thrown out completely. The middle name issue would not likely, in and of itself, be a grounds to have the charge dismissed. However, you may have other grounds upon which to contest the charge or at least have it reduced to protect your driving record and insurance. Unfortunately, we do not service your area of Canada and are unable to help you in this matter. You may wish to contact a local legal representative to assist you with your case.
