Inquiry: I received 2 tickets at the same time on AUg 10, one of the tickets has AUgn 9th and the wrong phone number on it,, is there any way that I can get this ticket voided, one for driving with out a valid inspection and one with expired plates ? please respond
Response: Unfortunately, you’re area of Canada is one that we are unable to cover. You will need to contact a local legal representative to get a specific response back to the issue. I suspect that the error would be amendable at Court and would not likely be a fatal error to the Prosecutor’s case; however, you would be best to consult a local legal representative to confirm that.
