Inquiry: I was pulled over and my registration was 4 days expired and insurance card was expired. The cop called my insurance company and confirmed I had insurance. I received a ticket for expired registration from one officer and his partner that was riding with him gave me a ticket for not being able to provide insurance although my insurance company confirmed it. Is it worth fighting it?
Reponse: The charges will show on your driving history for any third party to see if they go to conviction. As such, if you could at least get one of the charges withdrawn it would help protect your driving history and insurance rate. Unfortunately, we do not cover your specific area of Canada. I hope this information helps!
