Inquiry:  My mother recieved a red light tocket violation, but I was driving the vehicle on the date of the ticket and the loaction. Can i fight the ticket as I was driving to get the fine reduced as i can not afford a $325 fine, and its not fair to put this one someone else because I was driving

Response:  Red light tickets issued via camera surveillance do not go onto the driver’s record, once paid they simply go away.   You could speak with a Court Clerk to see if they would be willing to reduce the fine.
