Inquiry: received ticket for exceed 60 km/hr when passing emergency vehicle. Emergency vehicle had flashing lights and was stopped on a turning lane. I was driving a semi and trailer in a line of cars going in the opposite direction.There was a clear lane between us. None of the cars were stopped or ticketed. This does not seem right to me.
