Inquiry:  I drive a pickup pulling a trailer for a small company delivering materials to jobsites. My boss refuses to get a cvor (yellow sticker). I recieved a $240 ticket from MTO (company paid it) but boss still will not get the CVOR. As the driver do I need to worry about this? If the tickets/points go to the company then should I care? or do I get nailed by the MTO? Thanks.

Response:  If the tickets are listing your driver’s licence number, then you are likely being convicted of the charge.  You can go to the MTO to get your 3 year driver’s abstract to determine if this has happened to you.
