Inquiry: I recieved a ticket for use of my cellphone while driving. However the ticket indicates the make and model of a car for a Ford Windstar, but I was in fact driving a Mazda 3. Do I have any chance in court?
Response: While we do want to be aware of errors made by the Officer involved, the specific errors that you mention would not likely be a grounds, in and of themselves, for the charge to be thrown out. You may however have other grounds to contest the charge that could be examined. If you would like to discuss your case further, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
Sincerely,
