I made a left turn off a 2 way road,the light turned yellow as I was
turning, the guy coming towards the light sped up he hit me as I turned. He
told the officer it was his fault, yet I was the one charged with this
traffic accident. I had one drink approximately 2 hours prior to this
accident, my breathalyzer came back Alert and he suspended my license for 3
days. I feel with the other guys confession to causing this accident i
shouldnt be held responsible for this accident. My car was totaled.
