Inquiry:  I got pulled over today, and issued a ticket for making a left turn, across a median. There was a sign saying no left turns, and I saw it, but did it anyways, because soo many people do it. I got a ticket for 200 dollars, Well on my registration, The make of my vehicle os spelled V O L K S W A G E N, and on the ticket the officer spelled it V O L K S W A G “O” N. Will this be enough to void the ticket ? Or can i try fighting it at least ?

Response:  The spelling issue would not be a problem for the Prosecutor at Court.  However, there may be other valid defenses to the charge that could be looked at.  If you would like to discuss your matter further, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
