Inquiry:   Hi i receved a speeding ticket for 10km over. The officer wrote my postal code down wrong. will this void the ticket?

Response:  The error in the postal code will not be a grounds to have the charge eliminated.  The charge does not carry demerit points, but does show as a conviction on your driving history and will be visible to your insurance company.  There may exist other grounds to contest the charge.  If you would like to discuss retaining our services to contest the charge, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
