Inquiry: I received a speeding ticket. Officer wrote that I was travelling west bound on the street. I was actually travelling eastbound and can prove I was going eastbound. Do I have a case to fight the ticket?

Response:  That issue in and of itself will not be a sufficient grounds to have the charge dismissed.  You may however have an alternate grounds for defense or your charge may be negotiable to a lesser offence.  I would recommend contacting one of our staff for a no-cost initial consultation to provide more details of your case via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
