Inquiry: I got pulled over inside the city (Regina) by a rcmp officer and was given a failure to stop ticket. I was just wondering if they have the jurisdiction to pull you over and give you a ticket inside city limits.
Response: To my knowledge, the RCMP as federal law enforcement are able to stop and issue tickets within or outside city limits.
