Inquiry: I got pulled over in December 2010 but my court date on my tickets are dated February 2010 and have two different times. What can I do about it?
Response: I’m a little unclear about the date/times from your question. If you have a Court appearance listed on your offence notice, then it sounds like you have been issued a Summons and have received serious charges. If an error has occurred on the listed Court appearance time (ie. 2010 vs. 2011), then the Court may reserve you.
