Inquiry:  I was goofing around with a new group of friends for the first time and I did a burnout in a private parking lot and the officer was nice and didn’t give me a stunt driving ticket. Instead I got a trespassing ticket. Then later that night my friends asked me to drive them to the end of a road just so they can get a ride home because they didn’t know which house they were at. At the end of the road there was a ride program and I was issued another ticket for having more people then seatbelts as a G2 driver. The officer wrote down my birthday wrong, is there anyway I can try to explain the situation to a judge or is the birthday thing enough to get it reduced/dropped??

Response:  The date of birth issue is not likely to be an issue.  However, depending on what section of the Highway Traffic Act that you were charged under, you may be facing a licence suspension.  I would recommend reviewing your case with one of our our staff; we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
