Response: There may be a grounds to have the charge dismissed, however we will have to review the Prosecutor’s evidence to see whether or not a grounds exists to have the charge thrown out. If there is not a grounds to have the charge eliminated, then it may be possible to have the charge reduced to a lesser offence to reduce the penalties.
