Inquiry: I was pulled over and said that I was going home down the street and that I had moved a month ago. The officer noticed that my address on my license and ownership have not been changed and gave me two tickets, one for each of the outdated documents. I find that drilling me for information and then ticketing me for their findings is really unfair. What is the best way to fight this?
Response: It is possible that we may be able to get rid of one or both of the charges. I would recommend calling our toll-free line at 1-866-801-8299 to speak with one of our staff. We offer a no-cost initial review of cases.
Sincerely,
