Inquiry: I was pulled over for a headlamp out. When the officer returned to my vehicle after running a check she notified me that I was driving with an expired license for the last 6 months. I was in aww. I had no clue it was expired as any other time the ministry has sent me a letter of notice. To my mistake, I’ve got three small kids and my wife is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, I am wondering if I can fight this, with the events going on in my life right now every penny counts.
