Inquiry: I recieved a ticket for no license 4 yrs ago..when i tryd paying for it or making a court..they told me that they didny have record of thay ticket..so i called again like 3months later..and still no record of it..so i want to find out if i owe a ticket or not??
Response: It is possible that the Officer did not file the ticket with the Court. If so, then there would have been no record of the offence occurring. If the Court has no record of the offence and the offence did not show on your driver’s history, then the charge may have simply gone away.
