Inquiry: i was given a ticket for failure to show insurance card. At the time i did have insurance just not my slip. the officer gave me the option to bring my slip in and get rid of the $60 ticket. I didnt think that that type of ticket went on record so i payed it instead but now im getting screwed on insurance because of that ticket. Is there something that can be done about removing this ticket?

There is a MTO process to argue convictions in exceptional circumstances that you could look into, however, my guess would be that being unhappy with the insurance repercussions of your conviction would not be a strong argument for having the conviction removed.
