Inquiry: Recently I gently (very gently)hit the car in front of me at a light. No damage to both the cars. But, the lady in that car started making fuss that her neck is paining and she got my drivers license info. Now, what is the worst I can expect out of this ?
Response: Usually in a case such as the one you described, if the police decide to issue a charge it will be an offence called Careless Driving. If you have not been issued a charge as of yet, the police may serve a summons upon you at sometime over the next few months.
